The CONNEMARA SMOKEHOUSE at Ballyconneelly in County Galway has again won Bord Iascaigh Mhara's SEAFOOD CIRCLE'S award - another success for Graham Roberts and his team. The SEAFOOD CIRCLE has over a hundred restaurants, pubs, hotels and retailers in its membership. The retail seafood sector was valued at €183m. last year, an increase of 15 per cent over 2005 as more people ate fish.
