Croissants with Hot Roast Smoked Salmon and Cream
A nice snack with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!
Ingredients
- Regular or Standard Croissants
- Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chives (Garlic and herbs could be used instead)
- Pack of our Hot Roast Wild Salmon
Split each croissant in half and spread liberally with the cream cheese. Top each half with a piece of our Hot Roast Smoked Salmon.
Season to taste with pepper, garnish with chives and serve immediately.
Lightly toasted bagels, chiabatta or any of your favourite speciality breads may be used as an alternative to croissants. This recipe works well with our Smoked Trout.
Verdict: Tastes very more-ish!
