Graham & Saoirse Roberts of Connemara Smokehouse, Ballyconneely, Galway won the coveted accolade of “Best use of Sustainable Local Fish Award” sponsored by Classic Drinks at the Good Food Ireland Awards 2009 in the K-Club in Straffan, Co Kildare.
