Slow Food Galway

A Foodie Heaven at the Connemara Smokehouse.  Members and guests attended a tour of the Connemara Smokehouse on Sunday June 13th as guests of Slow Food members and  Graham and Saoirse Roberts.

Graham demonstrated in detail all aspects of the smoking process and treated all to samples of his wonderful produce. Following the demonstrations a gourmet picnic was had by all.

Connemara Smokehouse would like thanks to everyone for coming and all who contributed to the wonderful picnic afterwards!
