Traditional Irish Smoked Salmon Pasta & Pesto in a flash

All you need to impress your loved one on Valentines Day.
2 cups crumbled Connemara Smokehouse smoked salmon, 1 cup sour cream, Garlic salt to taste, Dill to taste, Chips, crackers, or flatbread.
This is a great dish for a lunch or dinner party… you are essentially making one large potato rosti which is a potato cake made from sliced or grated potato.
Season to taste with pepper, garnish with chives and serve immediately. Lightly toasted bagels, chiabatta or any of your favourite speciality breads may be used as an alternative to croissants. This recipe works well with our Smoked Trout.
