1 packet roll out puff pastry
100g Connemara Smokehouse Organic Smoked Salmon
25g Cream Cheese
1 egg (whisked for brushing)
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds,
Pepper to taste
Roll out dough on a lightly floured board. Spread the smoked salmon across a 1/3 of the dough. Then spread the cream cheese on top of smoked salmon and season with a little pepper.
Brush the remaining pastry with egg wash and roll the pastry till you have a long roll. Egg wash the top of roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut into small pinwheel slices. Place the rolls on the baking paper and brush again with egg wash. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C degrees for 15-20 minutes.
