Marinated in natural honey and slowly smoked over a hot beechwood fire to a firm,moist and meaty texture with an incredible combination of rich and diverse flavours.

Our honey roast smoked Irish tuna is brought gently to roasting temperature in our kiln, blending the flavours of the sea with natural seasonings, honey and beechwood smoke.

The texture is moist yet firm, a succulent and meaty consistency that makes it ideal as a filling in hot meals or served cold in a salad.

Smokehouse products will keep in your fridge for two weeks in the unopened vacuum pack and up to eight months in your freezer also unopened. However, we recommend consumption within seven days or freeze for up to eight months, as this is better for the quality.
