- Four salmon fillets
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Juice of half a lemon
- Lemon slices and extra dill for garnish
