Graham Robers – Connemara Smokehouse showcased his Irish Organic Smoked Salmon, Irish Line caught Smoked Tuna, Irish Organic Gravadlax (marinated salmon in salt, sugar, dill & Irish Whiskey), Irish Organic Honey Roast Smoked Salmon and Irish Plain & Peppered Smoked Mackerel. Graham hand-sliced a side of salmon for the guests to sample.
Also showcasing McGeoughs – Connemara Fine Foods with their Air dried meats and Gannets – Fresh Fish and Seafood.
